Our name stands for the art of mixology and our tribute to Mexican culture. We are passionate for Mexican flavours, traditions and history.
Mexology represents our respect for chefs, artisans and farmers who contribute to spread. Our decoration has been carefully selected to implement different ambiances throughout the same. Materials such as wood, bricks, ceramic tiles and endemic plants, inspired on typical designs from the south areas of Mexico. A contemporary look on the inside combined with Mexican Art, a casual taqueria with a modern twist and a bohemian patio surrounded by palm trees in a relaxed setting that will transport you to the beaches of Tulum, Mexico.
Our mission is to take the concept of a Mexican restaurant to the next level in New Jersey.
Dress code
We ask that you approach your wardrobe deliberately and with a
sense of occasion. You are welcome to dress with personality,
purpose and originality but please note we require clothes that
are well-fitted. Although we understand the ever-changing
seasonal fashion, we ask that guests refrain from wearing
sportswear, beachwear, caps, flip flops, sliders, crocs, UGG shoes, work
boots, sweatpants, tank tops, joggers, and track suits. Any
decision regarding permitting entry to the restaurant is entirely
under the management's discretion.
